Truly Simple® Protein Power Bowl
- To Serve:
- 4 cups of any pre-cooked, store-bought ancient grain blend
- 1 (10 oz.) pack of Truly Simple® Chimichurri Grass-Fed Beef
- 1 cup of mixed green lettuce
- 1 cup pickled banana peppers
- 1 avocado, deseeded, peeled and sliced
- Chipotle ranch dressing, as desired

Directions
To Serve:
Heat the ancient grain medley mix and the Truly Simple® Chimichurri Grass-Fed Beef as instructed on the package.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked grains and Truly Simple® Chimichurri Grass-fed Beef
Next, place the grain-beef mix into serving bowls and top with lettuce, peppers, and avocado. Drizzle the chipotle ranch over everything and enjoy!
Note: For a low/no carb option, replace the grain blend with your favorite greens or riced cauliflower.
