- 1000 Island Dressing, as desired
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pack of Truly Simple® Garlic and Herb Grass-Fed Beef, cooked as instructed
- Butter or oil, as desired, for toasting
Spread the 1000 island dressing evenly on both sides of the bread.
Top each dressed slice with cheese and a layer of Truly Simple® Garlic and Herb Grass-Fed Beef.
Fold the sandwich together and toast on both sides until golden and the cheese is melted.
Cut in half and serve with your favorite side dish.
