- 1 Serving of Truly Simple® Mediterranean-Style Garlic Herb Beef
- 3/4 cup quinoa, cooked (1/4 cup dry)
- 1/2 cup pre-diced bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup pre-diced yellow and/or zucchini squash, diced
Prepare quinoa. Cover and set aside.
Sauté diced bell peppers and diced squash until tender, about 10–15 minutes on medium heat.
For best results, gently massage the product for 20 seconds prior to heating to separate the meat into shreds.Empty contents of pouch into microwave-safe dish then cover with paper towel. Microwave for 45 seconds, stirring halfway.
