- 1 serving of Truly Simple® Beef Chimichurri
- 2 cups bagged mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup radishes, sliced
- 1/4 cup hard boiled eggs, chopped
Layer mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, radishes and hard boiled eggs to create a salad.
For best results, gently massage the product for 20 seconds prior to heating to separate the meat into shreds. Empty contents of pouch into microwave-safe dish then cover with paper towel. Microwave for 45 seconds, stirring halfway.
Top salad with Truly Simple® Beef Chimichurri and use remaining sauce as a salad dressing.
